Online - Frontage Infrastructure WorksApplication Infomation: This application is to be used for approval to construct frontage civil infrastructure works on Council’s footway/roadway reserve relating DA or CDC development such as: landscaping work, paving work, kerbside island, traffic island, construct kerb & gutter, stormwater drainage work.

Online - Driveway LinemarkingAbout this application: Use this form to apply for the installation of lines on the road identifying the boundaries of your driveway.
How to complete this application:
  1. Ensure all fields have been filled out correctly and are completed before submitting this application
  2. The responsible Traffic Services Officer will assess your application and notify you of the outcome
  3. If the application is approved, you may proceed to pay the application fee.
  4. Once the payment has been processed, the linemarking will be arranged.

Please Note: Owner's Consent form is required to be submitted if also applying for driveway linemarking on neighbours' driveway
Online - Road Reserve HireAbout this application: Use this form to apply for to hire use of the road, for example, traffic control training.

Lodge with council at least 7 days prior to commencement of hire.
Online - Traffic Counts About this application: Use this form to apply for traffic tube counts to be installed on a road for week to measure statistics such as speed and volume.

Please note: Only companies are able to lodge this application for proposed location of traffic counts.
Online - Temporary Full Road Closure ApplicationAbout this application: This application is to be used when applying to close a road temporarily for construction related activities which results in the need to detour traffic onto an alternate route (for partial road closure, refer to work permit application)

Lodge with Council at least 10 weeks in advance of required date.

How to complete this application:
  1. Ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly (Please note that fields on this form marked with an asterisk* are mandatory and must be completed before submitting the application)
  2. Inadequate information will delay processing of your application.
Public Domain – Vehicular Crossing ApplicationAbout this application: This application is to be used for the approval to construct vehicular footway crossing (VFC) and any associated works, including stormwater connections to Council’s stormwater system.
How to complete this application:
  1. Ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly (Please note that fields on this form marked with an asterisk* are mandatory and must be completed before submitting the application).
  2. Ensure to provide pre-construction site photos, site plans, sediment control plans and stormwater plan if any stormwater connection is proposed.
  3. Inadequate information will delay processing of your application.

Online - Works ZoneAbout this application Use this form to apply for a Work Zone to reserve an area of roadway for the parking of vehicles associated with a construction site
